I was talking to Kresimir the other day about some idea of mine which you guys could maybe say something about it. As some of you also observed these days the #hire-devs channel is mostly spam these days and pretty much there is the same people posting the same thing, a countless list of frameworks and tech stack but with not much reasons why you should work with them, their soft skills, a bit about their person and other **relevant** information I consider a job offer should include. So I was proposing Kresimir some sort of Developer Portal (i.e: Moralis Developers - devs.moralis.io/. Think about Fiverr but only for Blockchain development. 2 types of accounts are proposed:
1. Developer/Freelancer/Business
2. Client/Employee
Each developer has a profile which should incldue stuff as: profile picture, personal description, their services, why you should pick them, snipps of their work, sample projects, testimonials from other people which worked with them, rating based on these testimonials and so on.
Each employer would also have a profile with relevant stuff, previously hired freelancer, client rating and all the good stuff.
I think it would be a very nice idea and I have a lots of ideas for building this stuff. Maybe it could be a community effort where other developers could join me in this project and build something for Moralis. What do you guys think?

Regarding the 🤵job-offers , it feels a bit sad that most of the people there i cant even have a proper discord voice call.
not saying we should "filter" candidates, but just saying that most is pure scams and wasting people's time.
I would love to have instead a list of people who actually have Moralis Academy diplomas and are looking to add some experience and portfolio with some participation.
