Using a Private Key to sign server side function calls

Currently, where Moralis data can be queried on the server (NodeJS), calling Blockchain functions fails because Moralis depends on the window.ethereum object.

It'd be nice if you could just set a Private Key for an account and then use that the same way as you'd MetaMask in the browser.
